Mission & Vision
The Lighthouse Foundation of Wake County (LFWC) serves low-income, adult residents who are navigating a significant chronic or mental health crisis. We provide access to health care resources and basic living needs.
Our vision is for underserved residents to receive the health care they need and the basic living conditions they deserve.
100% of every dollar given to our 501(c) (3) non-profit organization goes directly to assist fellow neighbors with chronic and mental health needs.
Nearly 2,000 low-income, Wake County residents have been served since 2012.
To date, the LFWC has spent over $185,000 in financial assistance for medical and basic support services.
