$2,500 from UNC Rex Healthcare – Community Grant. This grant award funds our Closing the Gap for the Underserved and Food & Fuel Assistance programs for our chronically ill, low-income clients.
$1,500 from the Cary Community Foundation Grantmaking Endowment, a component fund of the North Carolina Community Foundation, supports our Fueling Underserved Medical Needs program that provides health care and transportation for low-income adults residing in the Town of Cary.
$1,000 from Duke University Health System’s Charitable Grants program helps fund doctor office visit co-pays and provides our clients with necessary prescription medications, medical supplies, and eye care services through our Closing the Gap for the Underserved project.
$2,000 from the Duke Energy Foundation’s Community Impact grant program helped fund our Homeless Prevention program.
$1,000 from DaVita Wake Forest Dialysis Center’s “DaVita Way of Giving” helped fund our support programs for chronically-ill, low-income adults in Wake County.
$1,000 from a generous anonymous donor helped fund our Support Programs that provide Wake County adults with chronic and mental diseases access to basic living needs and health care resources.
